I read this article over the weekend:

It had been bookmarked by a fellow blogger. Immediately I thought of a couple of business contacts in my network that I knew would find it interesting so I forwarded it on. One of these contacts called me this morning to thank me for the article and we went on to discuss a number of other things. By the end of the call he offered me a job with him and said he would love to have me on his team and was very complimentary! I was very flattered.
