Today I went to a car boot sale with a friend. Not to sell my own stuff, but to drive him there with his and help out. Although I have to confess that I wasn't that useful, as I spent most of the time wandering round looking for my own bargains! And what a lot of bargains there were... also a lot of rubbish... but with time to look I think you could pick up some really good stuff. I kinda wish that I had taken my own stuff to sell now too, because he made over £100!

It's quite encouraging to see people sell old stuff instead of just dumping it, and people that will buy secondhand.

But right now, I'm signing off - I've been up since 5.30am and I'm absolutely shattered.
